Hello
Well ! you make very good job !
When do you realize a smartphone PnF version for Androïd .
Regards
Patrick hello,
actually current cute PnF is running on MT4 platform. So if there is ability to run MT4 on android with custom indicators – there will be no problems with running Cute PnF on that platform! But i can’t answer you to this question, because i haven’t tried it yet.
Thanks Pat!
Cheers
Hi Michal
Its impossible to Plotting trend-lines in 1.3 version !
Why ?
I followed the instructions and the trend move again….
Hello Patrick,
it’s very strange, because i haven’t heard about this issue from any user of v1.2 or v.1.3.
Are you sure about naming every trend line with “trend1”, “trend2″… etc (without brackets)?
Michal, I am agree with Patrick. The trend lines can be plotted into cute PnF charts but they move again…
Jose-Ricardo Acuña
Hello Jose,
please have a look at this explanation(how to hold them in place) here: http://www.forexpnf.info/mt4-point-and-figure-indicator/how-to-plot-trend-lines/
Hello
sometimes the trend move, but the great time now, the trend don’t move.
to resolve this go to your control panel and adjust your screen saver (1 hour)

Can the moving averages be shifted like a traditional MA in MT4? Thx.
Hello Jim, no, moving averages can not be shifted.
Best wishes!
Dear Michal
Congratulations for the Cute Point and Figure Indicator for MetaTrader4. It is a useful indicator for accurate trading. I have read the book “The definitive guide to point and figure
” by Jeremy du Plessis. He adds ParabolicSAR and Bollinger Bands to PnF charts. I am a fan of those indi’s. I am not programmer but it would be very useful to create PSAR and BB bands to your Cute PnF indi. Would be possible it in the near future?.
Again, great work. thanks very much.
Hey hey,
oh poor lost comment, well, i am glad Jose that you like this indicator.
I don’t want to promise you about that, but Parabolic SAR and Bollinger Bands will be very good addition to this PnF indicator. I’ll bear this in mind, thanks!
Where would I find an explanation as to the moving averages and their uses..?
Thanks
daveM
Hello daveM, moving averages in PNF are used in the same way as on bar charts. Also,
“There are at least three possible moving average signals. First, chartists can look for price to cross the moving average. A move above the moving average is bullish, while a move below the moving average is bearish. Second, chartists can identify the direction of the moving average. A rising moving average is bullish and a falling moving average is bearish. Third, chartists can use two moving averages to generate signals. A bull signal is triggered when the shorter moving average crosses above the longer moving average. A bear signal triggers when the shorter moving average crosses below the longer moving average.”

Hello
Will there will be an updated version of it?(V1.4…v1.5…)
Better, more powerful, more convenient.
🙂
Hello,
sorry but for the moment are no plans for v1.4 or higher.
MT5 coming and it will mix up everything.
I just bought the v1.3, installed it and started testing and it looks very good. Thx!
My question is this. What is the source of the reverse time in the PnF chart and which time zone is it? I live in CET which is GMT +2:00. Regards M.
Hey Max, all the time at charts are the time of your Broker (MT4). That means that the time on PnF charts is same as on your usual charts. Best wishes! 🙂
Hi
Will the indicator work with the new MT4 Build 600 and above?
Thanks
Regards
Hi, yes it should work, you just need to have in mind that you’ll have to place indicator not into c:\program files\mt4 but into for example: C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\[32 character long MT4 ID]\ , folder.
